I may continue to walk away from Saints commentaries when they go a goal or two down if they continue to react the same way.

Last Saturday I had to take my seat at Glyndebourne for the first part of the Poulenc double bill, Saints 0-2 down at the time. 2-2 draw.

This week I was trying to put up some trellis for Ms Stoatfoe, battling a garage wall that seemed to be Putin-proof. Got there eventually and didn't know Saints had turned it around against Foxes until checking in much later with Final Score. Unfortunately, the next game is on telly at the pub...

You're not wrong. It's taken time, but he's getting there with the help of some excellent passing from midfield. Even JWP has upped his forward passing, maybe prodded by seeing what the new recruits can do.

I'm not sure I'd lament Bedwreck going on loan to Villa - unless in the sense that it's only a loan.

I finally got the darn thing in place today. Not sure that's a good omen or not for the Caribou Cup, although on my wheels today in the wilds of SE Wiltshire I encountered a fine young stag. Just glad we're not playing Mansfield!
