Watched a good game this evening on BT

Wealdstone 3 Sutton United 3 again teams above us dropping points,we've 3 games in hand on some teams already and we don't play in the league again until 5th December
Well chuffed about the Hartlepool and St Mirren results

Spurs impressive - well-drilled defence, very solid, devastating on the counter... typical José really. He's back! Etc....good squad depth too.
ADUG SkyBlues..... evidently not what they used to be, missing Aguero and Fernandinho badly, still impressive on the ball but in need of a reset....but Pep seems here for a while now.

How teams cope with injuries may turn out to be the crucial story of this strange season....

Heading is a very difficult issue. The modern ball probably is far less potentially damaging, and to conceive of football without heading seems impossible. But making sure children avoid heading seems very wise; up to what age I'm unsure....although it is of course a crucial skill to be learned and refined...
But the modern game has moved more and more towards press, pass-and-move, with less emphasis on high balls or crosses. That needs to be considered too.

So I'm still not sure what to say really. More studies about the modern lighter ball would help.... possibly a redesign of the ball itself, even.
But most of all - put all the info out there for players to judge the present risk for themselves.

Honours even im tonights forum derby. One of those games where everybody seems happy enough with the result.
Saints played out the last 20 mins pretty comfortably after the Wolves equaliser.
Good point for us. United next up on Sunday.

And some fans back in stadiums , and a restart for the grass roots game in prospect. Hurrah !!

I don't really follow soccer that much, but I can't help noticing that there have been some strange results of late - I didn't think visiting teams were allowed to win at Liverpool ....

I had the Bristol City Watford 0-0 rattling away in the background tonight. Looked a good game , marred by poor finishing.

...and no one or no one team is perfect - there are 90 or 91 other teams in the Prem and EFL who would settled for Liverpool’s record over the last two seasons, and big money can’t cover everything!
