Thanks. Yes, I noticed you were up in time for the big game.
Certainly a dramatic night in the Black Country, and a great result for Wolves.

No peace for the wicked though, another round of fixtures today.

....the only real useful use of Xmas is to stir things up in EFL and PL....great to see Pep with his head in his hands....what ever is going on with all this throwing things on pitch....mindless....sorry to see Leicester thumped....both Bristol clubs falling back....going to take fun out of rest of season in PL if Liverpeull carry on keep winning, though the games in themselves seem quite exciting....anyone one else noticed how many boring firsthalves there have been/cagey/low energy- then end to end seconds and late goals....almost as if there is a lot of "lets get thro to halftime then we will see....much changing of formations....good for Wolves and Blades for being so bright and tenacious....

A great comeback from Wolves last night.

The headline in the Sun today reads:

        Guardiover!

I think it is too, and thanks goodness for that.

...and the Owls and the rest of the follow up pack being reliably inconsistent enough to not take advantage of Leeds’ and the Baggies’ wobbles!

....after that Notts Forest win you must have thought Stoke easy meat....you've got a decent team there, but luck comes into it too....

Never thought Stoke would be easy - away and with a new wily manager - I think his plan was to stop Bannan playing - it worked and most of the rest had an ‘off-day’.

I have the tickets for Spurs on New Years Day , so missed todays game.
Sounded a decent , hard fought game. Palace must be pleased with a point given their injuries, and Saints will be glad of getting something from the game to keep a period of point accumulation going, especially having been behind.
Palace had a goal disallowed by VAR. for a hairline offside. Good for us, and we have all had them , but this is not what VAR was intended for, IMO.

One of those games where the managers would have been better off agreeing beforehand to win one / lose one from our two fixtures. But that never happens..........

Tougher looking run coming up for us, but we’ll go into it in much better shape than we might have hoped a couple of months ago.

You mean no full Steve ahead! - the relegation mix seems to change rapidly but for some sides, others are worryingly improving!

Enjoyable win at West Ham. Home supporters surprisingly resigned and not the toxic atmosphere I had imagined were Foxes to come out on top.

Proves we can win without Vardy though Hammers pretty woeful and probably a good time to play them.

Well the Hammers' fans must be really delighted if the news is correct about their new (not so new) managerial appointment, Alison.
West Ham hope to be able to announce Manuel Pellegrini's replacement as manager on Monday, with former boss David Moyes almost certain to take over.

Worth a fiver I’d say, they seem to be the form team!
