Palace fans are glad all over. First win in Prem League over Man U (and they beat us twice in the Cup Final). Even sweeter to appear to have blown the lead and then get a last gasp winner ... and Rashford missed a penalty. They should have stuck with Pogba.

        And Brighton lost.

Owls wrong end of a 2-1 at Deepdale - looking like the Championship is running true to form and results can go any way.
Truro beaten to shatter their 100% record.

Bad luck Cloughmeister. Nice win for Foxes in what sounded like an excellent game.

Might treat myself to an away shirt (pink)!

Just in case it doesn't last or happen again, I just thought I'd mention that the Tractor Boys are top of a league for the first time in quite a while. The attendance, some 5400, was the lowest ever at the current Bolton stadium.

A good question but I suspect they may be changing their manager dreckly!

I wonder when Fort William last scored 3 goals in a Highland League match- could their growing band of admirers on the Forum perhaps come up with a more interesting nickname for them than 'The Fort'?

Now, is it ethical to bet against your own team? That's what I want to know. I might be inclined to put a fiver on the Boro to go down at the end of this Championship season. Woodgate is just a bit wet behind the ears for my liking.
And the tune ends too soon for us all

No, but you will be in for a depressing season watching it happen.

I gather Palace fans gave voice to a rousing rendition of "Champions League, you're having a laugh!" at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Sorry to go on .... we don't get days like that very often.
