Reincarnation - who were you and who do you want to come back as?

    Reincarnation ........

Who were you, and who do you want to come back as?

    I seriously believe in reincarnation.

IMHO, it’s a no brainer, déjà vu is real!

We’ve all been here before. I know we have. It’s true.

Ok, I know for a fact that I was Eddie Cochran. I would have loved to have been Buddy Holly, but I wasn’t. I was Eddie Cochran. Strange but true. I’ve had the dreams and everything.

But that’s just one, before him I was lots of different people in many historical epochs. I don’t think I’ve ever been Joan of Arc, though (no hearing aid).

In the future I’d like to come back as a lesbian. Nothing wrong with that, in modern times.

Who were you, and who/what do you want to come back as?

I was, and remain in part, Lucy. I was also a trilobite or two.

Me too. And a self-replicating molecule to boot.

As for anything in the future - Mark Twain nailed it:

"I had been dead for billions of years before I was born, and it never caused me the slightest inconvenience".

I struggle with the meaning of the expression "no brainer." Is it that that anyone who believes it lacks a brain? That must be it.

I know we have. It's true
So are you also having a parallel existence in the USA, Donald?

If I could be reincarnated, I would quite like to have another go at being me, but try to do it better.

Oh that's good. I understand so much more now; why couldn't I when I was 30?

... ah, but then you wouldn't be 'me'.

Distant memories of lectures on the problems of Personal Identity and Spatio-Temporal Continuity, unthought-of these last forty-five years...

I'd like to go back to being a subatomic waveicle, and once again being part of the more intelligent system than the one humans have devised and are well on the way to wrecking.

Aha! Then, in that case, in my next life I'd want to come "back" as me.

I'll play this hand, since I have no choice.

However, I see that the 'elephant' in the room has come back as a 'fart'.
