    Mangerton - I do hope you survive the cull. I am aware of the pay freeze. Just to clarify, there is no London weighting in London. That went several years ago. - Lat.

      Thank you for your good wishes, Lat. Re pay, according to our intranet, there are higher London rates, and from memory, they have a shorter working week. I'll check when I'm back on Tues.
