Back on the subject of Webern's Symphony, (see #33), I have at last tracked down the broadcast of the three movement reconstruction. The 'reconstruction' was not by Pearle but by Alan Stout, and was based on Webern's sketches and broadcast on 2nd January 1979:

The second of the three orchestral concerts given during the London Sinfonietta's current Schubert and Webern series.
PHYLLIS BRYN-JULSON (SOP) LONDON SINPONIETTA CHORUS chorus-master CLIVE WEARING
LONDON SINFONIETTA leader NONA LIDDELL conducted by DAVID ATHERTON
Bach, arr. Webern Ricercare a 6 from The Musical Offering
Webern Symphony, Op 21 (with a third movement reconstructed from Webern's sketch-books by Alan Stout ) (first performance of this version)
Schubert Minuet and Finale in F (D 72)
    Webern Das Augenlicht, Op 26
    Schubert, arr. Webern Five Songs
If anyone here just happens to have a recording of that broadcast, I'd love to hear it again.
