    HELP WANTED! What is this?

I now make my living(!) restoring and archiving photographs, and drawing these things as a key to identify the people on the photos.

Can any kind forumite tell me what these skeleton diagrams are called?

I like both suggestions, but surely there's an official name for this kind of skeleton representation.

They seem to be sometimes referred to as "outlines".

                Yes, or outline group.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
