      A good deal more likely. To be PM Farage would have had to be leading a party that gained a majority of seats in the House of Commons - which UKIP was never going to do. To be President Trump just has to get a majority of 1 vote in an election that is a straight competiton between him & Clinton - not completely impossible. And, as we saw in the 'hanging chads' debacle, possibly not even that.

        What I'm saying is he won't get anywhere near the point where hanging chads are going to be an issue. Something would have to go very seriously wrong for Clinton not to win against him.

          Not so; don't forget the Electoral College. Al Gore had a greater popular vote than George W. Bush (and had actually won that contested county in Florida, when the votes were recounted later.)
