      Thanks, Andrew. Bit of a glitch, but I managed the Captcha challenge all right.
      It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

          There isn't usually, but the download didn't begin and then the routine seemed to change and took me to the Captcha page. I may have clicked on the wrong link at some point.
