Very sad. She and I sometimes had conversations - some PMs as part of Sleepwalkers or Insomniacs Anonymous, when it seemed neither of us were able to go back to bed and/or sleep.

                Pam RIP

I'm saddened to hear this news, we exchanged views on books as well as music. I would say a kind life well lived.

                    RIP

Very sad news this. Salymap was a wonderful presence on these pages and her posts were rich with reminiscence for a London and its classical music scene, now alas disappeared.

                            Deepest sympathies to her family.

Farewell, Salymap, you were missed and will be all the more so now. God's speed.

                                very sad news.
Salymap told one of the most touching stories I have ever read on this board,in a thread about 1962.

                                RIP
