        well done, umbrella it was, correct in all particulars of course
        I think the Alkan experts have settled on umbrella stand rather than bookcase these days

                And there was me thinking "Under" ('neath the Arches; "... the Bridges of Paris"; and ... the Bookcase) so I'm grateful to learn about the umbrella stand. He must have had a collection of very heavy umbrellas, our Charlie-Val!

                Not much else I could imagine this past week - too caught up with 'Uddersfield.

                              One endeavours to give satisfaction. I followed my own advice on "Sacred River" - ninety minutes of live music in its proper context.
