      Gerald Finzi's compositions include:

"To Joy", number 5 of seven songs: Oh Fair to See, Op 13b

"The Rapture", number 3 in Dies Natalis, Op 8

Lo, the full, final sacrifice, Op 26

Absolutely, and Joy was of course the name of his wife, too!

Can you find a G to link five voices, seven operas, and a monumental ballet?

I think its true to say all of Gesualdo's madrigals are for 5 voices (but I could be wrong)
there's a film about Gesualdo by Werner Herzog called Death for Five Voices

wikipedia lists seven operas based on the life and works of Gesualdo

Maria di Venosa (1992) by Francesco d'Avalos
                  Gesualdo (1993) by Alfred Schnittke.
                  Gesualdo (1998) by Franz Hummel.
The Prince of Venosa (1998) by Scott Glasgow
Luci mie traditrici (1998) by Salvatore Sciarrino
                  Gesualdo (2003) by Bo Holten
Gesualdo (2010) by Marc-André Dalbavie, lyrics by Richard Millet
