I didn't search the archive, but I did discover that Eva von der Osten was Octavian in the premiere of Der Rosenkavalier
and Eva Jessye was the choral director for the premiere of Porgy and Bess.
Given that I knew that Eva Turner was one The (original) Sixteen (the soloists in RVW's Serenade to Music), I'm plumping for Eva as the answer you are looking for!
