No, I'm afraid not. I'll be intrigued to listen to this although I may not last long as my classical tastes are more traditional.

William Billings has written a tune called Chesterfield, but that doesn't seem relevant.

I'll need to lounge more on my own sofa to see if further inspiration strikes.

I applaud your divining of upholstered music but the upholstered route is a bit of a red herring. You need to think of another name for a type of couch and then identify another relevant definition for that name that has nothing at all to do with seating. Instead this definition will lead you on to one of the four movements clued here. These four movements form a work composed by R

          There...I've given it away now

There is couch grass but that is not a wild flower, nor is couch another word for couch.

Divan might suggest the West-East Divan Orchestra but it is probably not apt here.

A bed can be a couch and a place for flowers though not wild flowers.

                      . the four movements being

The Generous Turk = Ottoman = large couch

The Incas of Peru = south American

                      The Flowers = Flowers

                      The Savages = Wild

... which wd seem to fit with -

Indeed - and 'twas the latter that I was wondering about, but the clue doesn't say that the looked-for R is South American (I realized after several wasted moments of my life) - and I think Vinty's got it!

                            .

... on the assumption that I might be right :

                            I have an S.

Which S begins demonically, and finishes Christmas off; thanking its friends, it finds itself in a form inside itself in the evening?
