Yup. Were you to Google, say, "rekindle, rac" or "rekindle, green flag" you'd get nowhere. But if ...
Aha!
Or maybe Michel van der Aa ha!
So in fact you gave the answer in your own question.
There must be a word for such a thing: I think Les Dawson on Blankety Blank used to say that the clue is in the question, but perhaps not that the answer is in the question.
I hope that Flay is prepared to be a busy bee once he finds the five pieces.
We should have seen through your cunning ploy a bit sooner.
Nice one, ferney!
Years of reading Agatha Christie finally pays off!
Will the years of doing finally AA pay off?
Michel van der Aa:

I see the Brexit debate hasn't got to you. Or did you take a double dose of Prozac this morning?
Not "this morning" - saving it (just in case) for tomorrow (and the day after, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that .... )

I think we should have a week of mourning before resuming play.
Stumped here with the B, and a busy week with house guests here tonight and tomorrow night, volunteers' meeting tomorrow evening, and preparations for an AGM to fit in somehow (even if that means missing out on dinner with the friends staying), but fine with me if others keep playing, so long as you're around to monitor the answers! Not sure that only a week of mourning is sufficient though!
My B will be more sanguine. The tramp went round and round Hildegard's Captain
Sanguine, eh? There's quite a lot ofbloodin Hildegard of Bingen's works... and a Captain...
Gaudete in capite vestro / Rejoice in him, your Captain
from O vos felices radices.
Can't fit in a revolving tramp though...
Either of the above Bs any good though?
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
