I was about to suggest fishing, but then realised I was referring to ferney, not the M!

But what on earth has steam got to do with birds? Four and twenty blackbirds (la merle noir) steamed in a pie?

No no no no no no yes! Three Ns:

Hans' book of madrigals, a Swineherd, and a Cobbler's matrimonial dance in triple time.

                      Who are they?

Speaking as a bloke: I think doing AA must be a bit like having breasts. It can be fun a times, sometimes a bit of a drag, other times a worry, and always quite a responsibility...

                          Would anyone like a clue?
