Even if they were, that doesn't give us the E!

So Salome, Russalka and a Hero (is it Siegfried?) can all be/have all been decscribed as this E?

(Struggling here - both Salome and Russalka are Eldest - because only - duaghters. But the Hero (not a Heroine?) ...

Not a slap in sight; merely a mild and gentle suggestion

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.

Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

                Yes, the hero, Siegfried.
So we have Salome (Dance of the seven veils), Rusalka (Song to the moon), and Siegfried (the result of an incestuous relationship).
                What are they all, then?

The first two were Executed but I'm not sure about Rusalka, although she did end up in the soup.

Was Siegried "executed"?? And Rusalka is still alive at the end of the opera ... albeit in the bottom of a lake (but we've all been lured by these cheap mortgage offers).

Strictly speaking no, but it was worth a try.

Eee I don't know. I've tried Wiki and other sources, even walked the dog to help the thought processes, but I'm not sure what you're getting at, Pulcie.

Can we do charades? Sounds like...?

Might be me not quite following/knowing the 'rules' and throwing you by simply needing a word starting with e that describes these characters.
Think Hamlet, or Macbeth, to give two more examples.
