'See America First' is a collaboration between Yale classmates Cole Porter and T Lawrason Riggs, but I don't know (yet!) where Annie Lisle fits in, unless the song is included in the Yale Song Book or connected with the university in some other way.
(Later) Aha! Charles Ives 'borrowed' 'Annie Lisle' for his Piano March No. 5, the score of which might well be included in some kind of library or archive at Yale University....?

Most excellent first effort .... yes the link between the 3 elements is Yale attended by the two you mention and Michael Gore who wrote the song Fame ...... who I now find is the younger brother of Lesley Gore ......

If you wish to continue in these parts you can set a Z, or A question, being a word, place or whatever that links the 3 clues you give ... players are supposed to give the correct answer and explain the 3 links, the latter element being known, for some reason lost in the mists of time, as coleslaw ...... good luck .....
