Well .... there's the famous Flower Duet in Lakme, and a flower is plucked for the heroine in Act 1 of La Source. I imagine lots of flowers would have to be plucked for a solemn procession. 3 flowery works by Delibes, the composer of 'Sylvia'.

Anton has correctly identified Elgar as the composer in question and the cough medicine in #3312.
Vinteuil - Yes, Madame Tussaud's, but mis-spelt by Elgar.
All three works are for woodwinds.
