To be slightly more helpful, the puzzle could be expressed: Which K brings The Cyclist and Regan's dad together in Montmartre after dark?....
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

No cloughie ... but would be interested in what prompted the guess.

Doesn't that depend on where one is starting from?

            .

That is to say, I'm reasonably confident that it's 'north' for all members of the Forum, to my knowledge at least.

                  Oh.

                  Oh well.

Must be a different "Regan" ... not a typo

Has part of you just gone walkabout?
                        Lost on me, I'm afraid!

I'm keeping schtumm - until the next time I have to set a "K"!

Unless, Cloughie gets there first - if he was thinking what I was thinking. Not that I want to start a row!

                            All rather riddlesome!

Any further clues required for mine?

Regan's dad is presumably King Lear? - But, as King isn't the answer, should we look for a composer who has written Music connected with the play?
