Fb minor is a dumb key, isn't it? Quite correct - care to highlight the particular works from the WIKI link that vinty provided? I suspect he got the answer, whilst you provided the requisit-t-t-t-t-t-te word itself. I'm not entirely sure who should be given the honours of the E - unless vinty has a puzzle already to hand, I would imagine cloughie's stating the magic word gives him the laurels.

          Dvorak Dumky Trio
          Tchaikovsky Op59
          Martinu Dumka H4 from 1909, 3 Dumkas 1 & 2 from 1936 and 3 from 1941 - Jamaica NY one.

I'll do an E dreckly if you wish, but happily leave it to Vinty - limited AA time tomorrow!

An E. Prepare to play for atom splitting in the centre of the globe.

Is there any importance associated with the answer, cloughie?

(Spying from afar, not really playing at present, but I think I have an atomic E!)

I'm not sure I understand your question - give us your atomic E and I'll give you an answer.

No. However, my E is a forename.

Thanks! At least I can now relax and continue to enjoy my holiday, and not wonder what Chausson piece I had to come up with, and find another Ernest (Ansermet?)!

                          Presumably fission?

                          centre of the globe
                          Perhaps core?

Not that it helps me much

                            More polarisation than fission

More around the outside than the core.

                              I have:

Prepare to play - warm up, rehearse, John Cage
                              Atom splitting - Zeeman, nuclear
Centre of the globe - Inner core, Equator, Rick Wakeman

.......and all are wrong. Is it Eric?
