Cor blimey and stone the bleeding crows. I was once taken to task on this very same forum for using that very same double entendre. It just goes to show, it all depends who you are and whom (grammer) you know.

Just like the honours system, in fact.

Notwithstanding, a very Happy New Year to all forumites. Lang may yer lums reek.

Not by me, surely? I missed it this time and probably would have missed it last time too

Happy New Year all - new website http://www.for3.org/index.php - it's supposed to be squashable for people who look at things with iPads and things, so if it doesn't work …
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Some Puritan must have had a grumble, anton!

            Happy New Year!

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
            Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I honestly can't remember, and of course it doesn't matter anyway.

In the interests of Thorough Testing, I've had a look at the new website on my desktop, ipad, and phone. It looks great on all three, and squashes where appropriate.

Not at all PC these days, Bbm!

You'd think one of the forum hosts would know better.

Nothing to do with PC, that particular innuendo, as well you know, PGT - just an opportunistic moment for you to point-score, or to think you do. Time for a new year resolution, if it's not too late; something like "I promise this year when discussing things not to fight dirty"?

As for innuendi, I myself would give you one, if only I could think of one...

He might well have an interesting *slant* on it.

I ploughed through the complete list last night; not an easy task now that The Guardian does not print the complete list. In addition to those above, I noticed the pianist Martin Martineau and Leslie East from the Associated Board.

I am glad some most deserving classical artists have been rewarded. As is he case of Radu Lupu!
