"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
Snow on the hills out there and all the bairns still snoozing away...changed days from the 5 o'clock in the morning years. A very Happy and peace filled Christmas from Angus to all of you out there.
Not a smidgeon of snow a few miles to the south. Just shows what a difference a few hundred feet and the Sidlaws can make. Thin cloud here, 4ยบ C, and the sun is trying to break through.
Greetings to one and all from a rather grey and damp Wales - and in particular frenchie for starting the forum and her little helpers for maintaining it. Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, have an enjoyable and peaceful Christmas

Good to see you back, Anna'l - and I forgot a special mention for bluestateprommer for preparing the annual Proms calendar, and leading the traditional Proms sleuthing. To all our friends at home and abroad (And thanks to the BBC for 'loaning' us all our Christmas emoticons )
And to Radio 3 and all who sail in her: here's travelling hopefully into 2016!
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
