Bernard Herrmann and John Amis: Music on 2 (1971 TV clip)

In this 1971 'BBC Arts' clip, Bernard Herrmann conducts Carl Ruggles' "Angels" for muted trumpets and is interviewed by John Amis. I wonder if anyone can identify the trumpeters? ...

The chap in the red shirt, who seems to be the leader, is addressed at one point as 'Gary'. Isn't that Elgar Howarth? The bespectacled fellow next to him is, I think, Howard Snell. As for the rest - haven't a clue.

You are correct: I recognise 5 of the 6 players but I'm not quite sure about no.5.
      1. Elgar ('Gary') Howarth
      2. Howard Snell
      3. Norman Archibald
      4. Laurence ( Lawrence?) Evans
      5. might be Peter Reeve... does anybody else have any idea?
      6. David Purser ( bass trumpet)
