They pre-date her accession: Honorary BMus, University of London, 1946; Honorary DMus, University of Wales, 1949.

so she got given one age 20, which given that her first birthday is Apri 1926 l, is before she would actually have graduated for a BMus, even if she had actually done any work.

Compared to other 'Royal' folks historically this lot seem to have had very little interest in culture at all.
(though according to the Torygraph her son commissioned a Suit from Patrick Hawes )
