No. The half-wits have taken over. Look at this post just now:

Almost up there - or rather, down there - with that idiotic tweet from The Wigmore Hall I mentioned a few days ago...

(Good on Andy Roddick for pouring scorn just now on the result of the BBC's silly little 'poll' ... )

    .

At least during this extraordinary match we have two most articulate and appropriately witty experts in Henman and Roddick, plus Andrew Castle, also expert, and understated. They're prepared to be silent for large stretches of dazzling play.

(It all goes a bit Pete Tong - if I may dip to Suzy Klein level - with Sue Barker's unnecessary prattle after the first set, but mercifully brief...)

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Andy Roddick is really good - and makes sensible points about strategy which I've not heard before.

But I think on balance I'd choose an over-privileged, stawberry-guzzling Wimbledon crowd as my afternoon company than agressive, baying hooligans at a football match. Mrs Murray excepted, of course.
                Eh ?

Why do they get 2 goes at serving ?,would be much more interesting if they had to get it right first time.
                  Silly small round ball games.
