I had a 'Y' lined up, but we seem to have gone back to 'W' (?)

You can have the Y - I was goaded by AD
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

        OK - a 'Y' that links a protest, a collaboration and a steamroller.

              No, he's not a W!

              Is the Y musical?

I'm really struggling here (in a tea break from work).
                Google found:
                C. W. McCall collaborated with, Mannheim Steamroller founder, Chip Davis. His "Convoy" was used for the Freedom Convoy protests.
No idea on why or Y. (Candidate for french frank's NTITRE)

Mannheim Steamroller is responsible for one 'Y'. All three are musical.

Out of my depth, but is "Yellowstone" a possibility?

Not so much a possibility as a racing certainty!

Could the protest be Mouvement des gilets jaunes? Is a mo(u)vement musical?
Would the "Yellow Productions" label be a collaboration?

Still pondering French Frank's retrospective "W"

The protest is a work for piano and voice.

(Might FF's 'W' get people dancing by issuing an Invitation?)

                              Sillier than that.

Should say the capital letter (His Work) is significant.
