There are plenty of bike racks provided - it's just that they're always full. No one can even place a coat or even towel to indicate prior claims! One day when I was endeavouring to secure my cycle lock a young woman coming to collect her bike said "Excuse me!" When I asked what was troubling her, she said, "Oh I thought you were just about to lock my bike as well as your own"!
