Very much enjoying this mystical series, great casting everyone/character/face looks from 1810. The Peninsular scenes were fabulous!

Yes, I am, too. I've read the book twice (enjoyable seaside tosh) and think that the TV adaptation is very good - with the exception of Marc Warren, who is continuing his recent role in "Musketeers". The Gentleman with the thistledown hair in the book is* much more a petulant child; much less obviously sinister (and seven times as creepy) than how he is portrayed on screen.
