Is anyone else having problems using the Amazon site?

I had this insatiable desire to order a cd (Really?, I hear you cry) only to find that their server is down. Seems very odd.

Yes me too. A rare event. The outage that is, not wanting to buy a cd. I was looking for diversion from my virgin media TiVo box which seems to think it's Norman Collier reincarnated. ......

Many thanks! I'm just thinking of all these folks in 'fulfilment centers' sitting twiddling their thumbs...

            I'll bet it's fixed pdq!

Amazon UK down? Check whether Amazon.co.uk server is down right now or having outage problems for everyone or just for you.

                Seems like a serious problem...

amazon.com seems to be o.k., but the European sites all seem to be off line.

Ah, amazon.it has just responded. Perhaps the others will follow or have similarly recovered.

Perhaps Kim Jong il is retaliating against them because they messed up his latest Porno order...

That particular Kim Jong has for some time been il(l) enough to have stopped breathing. I fear you have the wrong un there.

I checked earlier to make sure I hadn't accidentally become an Amazon Prime customer (see todays Sunday Times) - £79 per annum apparently. Lots of people apparently signed up without realising it.

Wonder how that was possible? I refused all blandishments to partake.

Normal service seems to have resumed.
