HELP!

For some reason I am not being allowed to add comments to the PLAYLIST section- I am not even allowed access to it if I am logged in, as I am now. Anyone know why. All I get is a message telling me that I am not allowed access to that section. Spooky and very suspicious. Maybe the "powers to be" would care to explain!

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
