Daaa now you've made want a large black Columbian [ahem cafe]....with some Indian Barfi Mrs R dropped by on her way to trip the light fantastic and electric....so 15 minutes from now this jet fuel will be running around my veins causing problems....I'm wrestling with myself here....knowing that that coffe should really be consumed at a cafe table, preferably outside, in a country that allows smoking, and shared with some witty conversation with old friends who are 250 miles away....
...better not I suppose....got to protect my curly-wurly brain being strung out and TWOUND as they say in this neck of the woods [good word I think]....
....after extensive tests with a Neurologist....I am now on Vit D....and I believe it may be making a difference to my tiredness and stamina....hope??!! other stuff I am convinced has to do with Prions [yes how do you do that linky thing]....bong chingComment

The Cod and Haddock here in at the NHS has been down graded to just “Fish”.
Which could mean anything!
The patients get to eat white fish with white sauce and white mashed potoatoes on Fridays.

Beer festival was in Putney!
It had loads of beer.
Then off to the final stop in Victoria for some ciders and Ferneyhough.
lot the personal radio. Then neighbours played their bom bom bom music again in the morning.
Went to Tate Modern on Monday and it shut.
