According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.

i enjoyed that - thanks calum da jazbo!

the pedestrians, cyclists, and bus driver are going a bit too fast .....what's the rush? tut, that's ALL londoners for you!

lots of trees on the route, curvy windows of old industrial buildings, all looked very well maintained, (only one boarded up window spotted, and no bin bags, ..........did they tidy up first)?

is it the 73 bus, from stoke newington n16 to victoria, route? city road view : http://londonist.com/2011/07/anti-ru...-city-road.php

              aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw:

I don't know why I didn't post this earlier (well, I didn't think it very usable, but have fixed it up). Under occupation in this shot but, of course, it's demolished now. The struggle over development of this site continues, though at least it won't be a Starbucks. See thread on the Stoke Newington group for further details: www.flickr.com/groups/stokenewington/discuss/721576000857...

what's on the old vortex site now?

ideally, i would like to walk around, inside this photo of 'the national'.

of course, the down side to living in london is you have to wash up alot more...

we haven't got one of these

they all wear these, and shout 'behave or else'

              due to cuts, ......

                That video was ubercool!

calum- thats not sarrrrrrrf london. its Kent!

I noticed Blackheath en route. And of course, the 96 Dartford bus at Woolwich!

Takes me back to the days when I used to use these buses! And the Woolwich ferry!
Now its a quick train ride then cycle.

Good isn't it?! Thanks for finding this, Calum. Beckenham > Catford > Lewisham > Blackheath Village: I've actually cycled all those roads. The Route 202 clip from Blackheath Royal Standard to Crystal Palace in that collection passes right by my local gig at 5.05 mins: the Golden Lion , visible on the left hand side (though the sign's illegible!). Hop off at 6.11 and drop in here for a cuppa, or summing a bit stronger!

About normal speed for Glasgow - I sometimes think that our bus drivers have a competition to see who can get the most passengers on the floor.
