There's so much good real ale around at the moment, I can't keep up with the new labels. I've been getting "Are you a member of Camra? There's a discount here if you are" from bar persons, lately.

At last! - national publicity for my jazz local(e), albeit not for its jazz.

Er: Sunday afternoons, normally a chanteuse with keyboard accompaniment, folowed by a New Orleans revivalist outfit; then the Big Beer band Monday nights from 8.30, the music free (but not the beer)!

If I don't catch you on Saturday, 3VS, watch that downhill run: don't believe the 10% gradient sign at the top; I can cycle up a 1 in 10 easily, but not Anerley Hill - more like 1 in 8 ime.

See you Saturday at 6pm Serial apologist. I will be there until 1030pm at least. i will be the one writing 12 note pop tunes in a notebook and boring people about Schnittke symphonies!

Later, I will be the one unable to stand up!

Is this cheating? Been looking at alternatives to Penge East station including Crystal Palace station, if things go wrong...

(they did have 9% A over T on last time remember!)

Penge E is for Rochester, Tonbridge etc; Crystal Palace for Croydon, or heading back to London Bridge etc. Make sure to select the right station or you could end up in Brighton!
