I'm not a regular punter on the horses, just like to have a little flutter on the big festivals,Ascot,Cheltenham,Aintree etc,but I love to have a couple of squids on the football every Saturday during the season.
I just look for names I like or have heard talked about on radio 5 or Talksport.
Big frown when I realised Pet had backed a horse in the same race as mine but there you go.

Write the names of the runners on slips and let Harry select:

There was a wonderful moon last night - I was cycling home around 10.30pm after a late evening at work, and due south it was (almost) full and most atmospheric among a few fast-moving clouds..."...the isle is full of noises,

Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

S_A, I checked St. Sprees website that they stocked living leaves before I mentioned them here. Obviously Londoners are not not so into lettuce as the healthy living greens munchers of Wales! Honestly, I cannot believe neither you nor Saly could get them, The Living Leaf Co. that produce them say all the major supermarkets stock them.Don’t cry for me

I'm very annoyed about the race in which Opinion won as I was on Rye House in the same race. Stoute's stable jockey, Ryan Moore, had chosen to ride that horse and not Opinion (you see my way of thinking now?) which is why I backed it. Rye House was a very late non-runner (why?) and Moore moved over to ride Opinion - and won! It looked like a blatant tactical move and made me annoyed because I would otherwise have been on Opinion and made a decent enough profit for another boxed set.

As to the moon, last night I was tucked up in bed early around half ten or eleven watching the moon glissanding acros the sky. Tonight, who knows what I may see?
