Grey and super-soggy here in NW2, after a night of heavy rainfall too
On a more pleasant note, how goes the preparation for your haggis brunch Anna?

Further to previous re: the merits of couscous, did you cous - or go for the rice option?

The second frost of the Autumn/Winter last night: even now the roofs of the houses where people have gone away for the Bonfire weekend are still ensilvered - and clouds of steam billow from the central heating vents of those who're in. Winter cold: a change from last year, when it was so mild I walked around Huddersfield at the end of November carrying my coat it was so mild - today I feel like wearing it indoors!Numquam Satis!
