Dank, drear, dull but only spitty rain. We are forecast this until Friday night when it will get cold but sunny. I don't mind the cold as long as it's bright.
Gloom as computer cannot communicate with printer. Spent all last evening trying to sort, eventually uninstalled thinking I'd install again via the cd. <hollow laugh emoticon> So, tried to download driver <profuse swearing emoticon> Driver eventually downloaded but Microsoft are blocking it <hurls printer out of the window and stomp off in major sulk emoticon>
I shall not bother with it this evening, the frustration is just too much.

Spot of Anglo-Saxon, bbm??? (Sorry, couldn't resist it! Perhaps it's a courteous bit of Welsh? )

My sympathy Anna, you are not alone. I haven't been able to access iPlayer TV for ages and better men/women than I have failed to bring it back. Microsoft digs its heels in, if I persist with it the screen goes faint/feint and I'm told 'Microsoft windows Internet Explorer is not responding.

I can ****** well see that for myself.

Oh dear! I blush at this language - and at Anna's, slightly earlier. I would never..... (What, never? Well, hardly ever!)

I would prescribe several large malts apiece. There is nothing worse than computer problems.

I must report seeing the sun for a brief interlude yesterday afternoon. Is this the rarity I feel it is?

Returning to London from Chatham by car yesterday around 15:00 I was frequently blinded by the sun (fortunately I was not driving ) wheras the outward journey around 09:00 had been blighted by fog.

                                Another day/In London town ...
