Hovering just below 21° here but, after a very still night, we again have a strong WSW wind at between 13-16mph with stronger gusts, which is really quite unpleasant. My beans are not enjoying it, I've just had to put more ties on them.

Dramatic stuff. Hope all went well though and trust the church is still intact. Good to see preperations for sealing the organ were carried out due to dust. The wind wouldn't have helped matters in this regard. In response to other comments, the church survived unscathed, though there really was not much room to spare. If you look on Google earth for Derby Street Dundee, you'll see what I mean. There was quite a lot of controversy in the local press about the demolition. Dundee had a number of these large blocks, built in the 60s and 70s, and these are the latest in a series of demolitions which have taken place over the last few years.Comment
