Not as wet as one had feared though...

A massive 13.7° here!! Definitely a much calmer day compared to yesterday afternoon which was wild, although windy it's not gusted above 15mph, it's been raining all day but not particularly heavy. Plenty of branches down of course but nothing major. It feels uncomfortably clammy outside. Tomorrow is forecast to be a dry, sunny, day here.

very little of the promised [?] sunshine, so gloomy, windy and wet .... pretty miserable in fact
According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.

It has been bucketing down in the Pennines since about 11.00am - if the rest of the week is going to be worse, I'd better get cracking on an Ark!

Ah me..... it's only taken a few weeks. What was it someone said about "corrupts" and "power"?

Lovely sunny day in Dundee, but feeling cold in the strong wind. Drove home in near daylight at 4.30, so that's a sign of approaching spring.
