Thanks everyone. My computer told me that the Adobe something flash was still upset by an old b/w film youtube I TRIED to access yesterday. Furthermore it was still running????? As computer was unplugged all night I took that with pinch of salt, but deleted it from faves anyway.
Whilst I'm moaning about the dratted machine, I get half lines of red print,ie the top halves of words only appear on the red/black bits on this. It doesn't like me and the feeling's mutual

Err,well I've deleted it all now, a youtube thing that someone put on my computer for me, promising free B/W films. It was a Dick Tracy detective thing, opening with shadowy figures in a street and a woman murdered. As it was inaudible I couldn't be bothered to listen with headphones, so put it off.

Surely tomorrow's date must be very rare. Well once every eleven years I reckon. It will be 1.1.11 and the next is presumably 2.2.22. This is the sort of rubbish an insomniac thinks up inthe night! Well, it could be worse. Surely these dates have some meaning in China? No I forgot 12.12.12. Sorry.

I'd like to wish all my friends on here, indeed every regular poster to this thread, a very happy 2011... but maybe I'm a bit early?

It will get colder tomorrow, then a bit colder than that on Sunday, and colder still on Monday. Then on Tuesday it will be a little less cold. After that, who knows?

nb ~ for those of you who have friends that have lamented the solar warmth of Arizona, have you peeked into the weather ? Freezing temps in Phoenix, Grand Canyon and south of there chocked with snow flakes !
