Took Sky for a long walk this afternoon. She's only a puppy but has phenomenal pulling power. Later on she played with the hose when we were watering the garden. 'Twas a lot of fun but she got very muddy in the process.

Mahlerei, she's georgeous.I am a dog lover myself and currently have a 7 year old yellow labrador called Harry.(I have owned a few dogs in my lifetime but never one who is frightened to death of cats like he is!)

Sky won't like this weather, neither will 'the buns'.Very humid and stuffy here.

Is the air conditioning or ventilation any better in the RAH these days?

Might be a good idea to take her to puppy training classes.

Yes, that will definitely be happenng soon. Our local vet also has 'puppy parties' to help themsociliase.

Another hot, dry day here in RI. I'm out to the garden now to water drooping plants! I hope the humidty over there lessens a bit for the sake of all those who are so badly affected by it whether they are people, huskies, bunnies, or plants!

Our nephew in Lancs. has just done an Ironman competition. Haven't heard the results but we hope he did well.

Sounds promising! I hope the thunderstorm means rain and cooler weather for you (and Sky). I wouldn't mind having a bit of that over here. Time to stop burning the midnight oil and logout!

this is probably a dumb question, but does Sky the Siberian husky have a different summer and winter coat? (I guess she might if she lived in Siberia ???)

What a relief to return to Stormy Weather after reading [and contributing] to the proms thread. Why do so many people, some I count as friends, get so riled about it all.
