I've been trying to find out the name of the child actress the BBC employed to play the part of girls of between 9 and 13 in the late 1950s and early 1960s. She was in serialisations such as The Secret Garden, and was the young Estella in what was probably the first serialisation of Great Expectations.

A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

However, I note that it is to be shown again from 06:45 (a.m.) on April Fools' Day. I will make a note in my diary to set the timer.

AFAIK, no stones actually blew over though.
Anyway, proper telly, the Golden Shot.Last edited by teamsaint; 06-03-17, 21:07.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
