Listening to R4's Start the Week on the car radio this morning, I was surprised (but thrilled) by the gloves-off debate between presenter Tom Sutcliffe and Rod Liddle. Do have a listen:
Even if I'm of the liberal tendency (responsible in RL's view for society's problems as he sees them) I found myself in agreement with much of what he said. But it's worth a listen to hear a BBC presenter out-doing Paxman. (Is Sutcliffe up for the Newsnight job???)
