Unintended references?...

Countryfile, BBC1, yesterday, 18 May 2014 (see http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006t0bv); in a piece about birdsong, the presenter Ellie Harrison (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellie_H...8journalist%29 - don't visit her personal website, as McAfee reports it as "dangerous" to do so, for whatever reason or none), referred to the "Harrison Bird Whistle".

Unless my ears (and what small amount of useful stuff might or might not still lie between them) deceive me, I (sadly) kid you not.

Was this deliberate on a scriptwriter's part or purely accidental, does anyone think?...

Yes, but it's not such a good example as the one at the Church of St. Mary Redcliffe, which is a Harrison & Harrison whistle in Bristle.
