What would you say (if you did go)?
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

The Media is the Message: "Radio 3 isn't just a classical music network."

              From R3's Facebook page yesterday:

"Live music on today's In Tune from the London Supersax Project, plus Sean Rafferty is joined by choral composer Eric Whitacre and singer-songwriter Laura Mvula to talk about their new collaboration. Bellowhead musicians Andy Mellon and Pete Flood will demonstrate the Wondrous Machines they have designed in the Southbank Centre Clore Ballroom."

The Southbank residency is to reach out to the wider audience and show what Radio 3 does day in, day out ...

Perhaps the BBC is gradually moving to having just one music station, covering everything.

Just a little pre-lunch nap, in preparation for listening to Gwilym Simcock and Yuri Goloubev Live at Lunchtime from the Southbank Centre to my radio. Joy!
