    Bobby blue bland rip

    Ive just seen from a letter from Val Wilmer (why doesnt R3 give her a gig?) in the Grauniad that the GREAT Mr. Blue Bland has finally passed.

    Much mourning in the duckhouse. The wonderful "Two Steps from the Blues" album on rotation. Orig vinyl, Bobby in his mohair suit on the cover.
