Well, its only taken some 30 years but Keith Jarrett's organ improvisation, Hymns, Spheres is now to be issued in CD form by ECM:

There is a complete playing of this piece on Youtube where an organist makes an interesting point concerning a section which, to his ears, sounds an impossibility to play with just two hands and two feet.
