      KoB has an austere purity and a gacial beauty, Barker reduced that to total slush.

      R3, what is it good for, absolutely nothing.

        it was dumbed down X-over judging from the bits I sampled - reminds me of that earlier Wright nonsense that time from the Hammersmith Palais in which Bach (mostly) was to be improved by some female composer who was given access to a drumkit at too early an age - the only good point of both is that at least the band was paid - any programme introduced with words 'exciting new' is generally a waste of time but then R3 has to accept that it will soon be R2.1

          Theres a certain sugary string sound that comes with the LSO etc. earning beer money/paying school fees!

          A bit surprised at the kitchness in retrospect as Barker is a not unaware arranger.
