    Walt Dickerson ~ '1976'

Walt Dickerson was once described as "the most important vibraphonist since Milt Jackson" but he's almost forgotten nowadays. Dickerson's unique and beautiful vibraphone sound can be heard on his recently reissued album '1976'(WHYNOT) which deserves to be more widely known.

'1976' is a great album - the standout for me is the closer, "I Love You".
